Delete account

Sign in to delete your account. If you cannot sign in, email support@clautools.com to request deletion.

Before you continue

• Download any invoices and reports you need to keep.
• All subscriptions associated with your organisations will be cancelled immediately. Deletion does not automatically issue a refund or remove amounts already owed.
• Saved clients, items, services, invoices, Daily Log reports, templates, company details and profile images will be deleted.
• Payment and contract records required for legal obligations or claims may be retained. Older ClauLog and support records are reviewed separately; we respond to deletion requests within one month unless a lawful extension applies.
• Downloaded files and copies on other devices are not removed. Backup copies may remain until their scheduled expiry and must not be restored for ordinary use.
